Android Phone Won't Download Apps

The Problem: You try to install an app from the Google Play Store, but it gets stuck on "Pending..." or "Downloading..." forever.
The Short Answer: The Google Play Store app cache is full or corrupted. Clearing it usually resets the download queue.
Quick Fixes
Method 1: Clear Play Store Cache
This does NOT delete your apps. It just resets the store.
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Find Google Play Store in the list.
- Tap Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear Cache.
- Tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage).
- Restart your phone and try again.

Method 2: Check Storage Space
If your phone is full, updates will fail silently.
- Go to Settings > Storage.
- Ensure you have at least 1GB of free space.
- Delete old videos or unused apps if needed.
Method 3: Remove Google Account
If it is still stuck, re-syncing your account might help.
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Google.
- Tap your email.
- Tap Remove Account.
- Restart phone.
- Go back to settings and add your account again.
